  President and Founder

  Brad Jones built Trophy Insurance Solutions on the simplest of business fundamentals. Treat others as you would appreciate being treated. Brad created Trophy Insurance Solutions in 2013 after selling a successful business he built in his early 20's in Wichita Falls, TX. As a business owner before building Trophy Insurance Solutions, Brad's business experienced a claim, and he quickly realized the importance of coverage and a competent insurance agent's benefits. This loss became Brad's inspiration to build the best insurance agency on a client-first foundation. Brad works with his team to ensure each member aligns with the culture that has made Trophy Insurance Solutions the success it is today. Brad works with high-value individuals, large commercial clients, and agribusiness clients across several states to ensure they have the education needed to make smart insurance decisions.

  Tristan has deep Parker County roots growing up in Weatherford and graduating from Weatherford High School. After Graduation, Tristan attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned her bachelor's degree in 2007. Tristan spent nearly seven years with Parker County Today Magazine playing an integral part in local businesses' success through marketing, design, and promotion. Tristan's love for people, social atmospheres, and outgoing, positive personality led her to an insurance career. Tristan's approach towards protecting businesses, ranches, and families aligns perfectly with our team's culture and values. Rather than focusing on "selling" insurance policies, Tristan takes time to understand her clients' needs, what they have to protect, and exceeds their expectations every step of the way. Tristan is involved in her community, where she joined the Weatherford Lions Club in 2015 and donates her time to many other organizations that promote the growth and enhancement of Parker County. Tristan is a talented artist who donates her beautiful paintings to charitable organizations in Parker County, including The Pink Luncheon hosted by The Parker County Health Foundation for the Careity Foundation, raising money for breast cancer. Tristan loves the outdoors, kayaking, painting, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.   Commercial Lines Agent

  Cody is one of the few insurance professionals in the nation to earn the Certified Insurance Counselor Designation (CIC). Cody brings value to his clients not only through professional advice but Cody's extensive background in safety, loss control, OSHA compliance, and risk management. Cody is a degreed Environmental Health and Safety professional with an Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technicians (OHST) certification. Cody has more than 20 years of experience in EHS, manufacturing, oil and gas, ISO, training, auditing, and lean manufacturing. Cody graduated from Midwestern State University in 1996 with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Cody's background and education in insurance and real-world commercial application create substantial value to commercial operations both large and small. Cody's primary motivation is to help his commercial clients increase profitability through risk management, loss control through our carrier partnerships to reduce losses and premiums. Cody's commercial clients benefit from his methodical approach towards tailoring policies, understanding risks, exposures, and client-specific needs.   General Lines Agent

  Chad resides in Parker County where he graduated from Millsap High School. Chad graduated from Tarleton State University in 2010 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Chad is one of the few agents in Texas to earn the coveted Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist Designation to better assist his clients in protecting their assets. Chad is also Farm and Ranch Certified through Nationwide, the top farm and ranch insurance company in the United States. Prior to joining the Trophy Team Chad worked at the corporate level in the Health Insurance space specializing in health and disability protection. Chad's commitment to his continued education in the industry is one of many reasons Chad's clients rave about his service and dedication to protect. When Chad is not busy protecting his clients he loves spending time with his wife and four kids. Chad also enjoys working on his land, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
